Shipping + Handling
All packages are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. We do not offer shipping or delivery on weekends or holidays. Should you place your order after hours, on a weekend or holiday, your order will be processed and shipped within the following 2-3 business days. Please note orders placed on Friday won't be processed until Monday. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to process and for us to prepare your order before it ships.
Tracking Your Package
We provide tracking information on all orders. You will be able to track your package the entire way with the shipment confirmation that is provided. Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery. We will not be held responsible for orders that show “DELIVERED”. Signature may be required at the time of delivery. All USPS packages come with insurance. If your package is lost or damaged the customer is responsible for filing the claim.
I did not receive my order, but it states delivered, what should I do?
If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it give it 2-3 days before you deem it missing. Please check your mailbox, front porch, your neighbors, those that live with you and the property manager office (if applicable) and ask your mail person. 2B1 Boutique is not responsibility for packages that are mark as delivered and are lost or stolen. Please contact your local post office to make a claim. If you still cannot find it you must contact USPS (United States Postal Service) and discuss the issue with them. You can file a claim on their website, google search USPS claim.
